Analyzer Technician – Field Services Team
Specialized technician responsible for gas chromatographs, continuous analyzers, emissions monitoring and regulatory analyzers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for personal safety, the safety of others around you and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Responsible for executing all assigned tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise for the commissioning, trouble-shooting, configuration and repair of process analyzers.
- Create records of maintenance activities to support tracking of analyzer reliability.
- Recommend reliability improvements.
- Execute assigned tasks with professionalism and prompt action.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge with equipment such as CEMS, ABB 3501 IR, Rosemount Emerson GC, Siemens Maxum II GC, TC, Mass Spec, BTU, Paramagnetic and O2 analyzers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct the causes of analyzer malfunction.
- Knowledge of how to perform preventive or corrective maintenance on analyzers.
- Ability to read P&ID’s, Spec sheets and loop sheets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs.
- Must be willing and able to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant call-outs as required.
Required Years of Experience:
- Minimum- 5 years experience working with industrial process analyzers
- Prefer 10 years experience
Required Education:
- High School Diploma with Associate’s Degree in applicable field.
- Analyzer training courses preferred.

I&E Technician – Field Services Team

- Ability to read P&ID’s, Spec sheets and loop sheets.

Process Control Engineer
SIS-TECH is seeking multiple process automation engineers with at least 3 years of experience for positions in Houston. Preferred candidates will have experience in process control system design, installation, commissioning and operation.
The position involves design, verification, and implementation of automation systems in control and safety applications. Successful candidates will have basic knowledge of automation systems, including PLC, DCS, industrial instrumentation and electrical equipment. Integration and troubleshooting experience with programmable systems, such as DeltaV, Mod5, Triconex, HIMA, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Yokogawa, and Honeywell, is preferred.

Loss Prevention Consultant
SIS-TECH is seeking multiple control system/process engineers with at least 10 years of engineering/operations experience for positions in Houston, Lake Charles, and Corpus Christi. The position involves leading studies on different process applications across industry sectors, so rapid adaptability to site-specific procedures is essential. It also involves EPA RMP and OSHA PSM program development and audits.
The study methodologies include HAZOP, what-if, checklists, bow-tie, layer of protection analysis (LOPA), alarm management, security risk assessments and safety objective analysis. Audits for EPA RMP and OSHA PSM compliance require knowledge of the regulations, as well as practical implementation approaches. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to lead studies and excellent writing capability to clearly communicate findings.
Successful candidates will have experience in facilitating studies and using industry recognized software, such as PHAPro, PHAWorks, and PHALeader. Candidates must be able to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, mechanical diagrams, SAFE charts, etc. A background in process control, alarm, and safety instrumentation systems is a plus.

Safety Controls, Alarms, and Interlocks (SCAI) Consultant
SIS-TECH is seeking multiple control system/process engineers with at least 10 years of engineering and project management experience for positions in Houston TX. Preferred candidates will have experience with implementing process control, alarm and safety instrumentation systems.
The position involves design, verification, and implementation of automation systems in control and safety applications. Strong interpersonal skills are required to execute projects involving multiple parties in a timely and efficient manner. Proficient writing skills are needed to clearly communicate issues and to recommend cost-effective alternatives to keep the project on-track.
Candidates must have a detailed understanding of process control and safety instrumentation. In-depth knowledge of automation systems, including PLC, DCS, industrial instrumentation and electrical equipment, is necessary. Integration experience with programmable systems, such as DeltaV, Mod5, Triconex, HIMA, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Yokogawa, and Honeywell, is advantageous. Experience with hardwired system design and fabrication is a definite plus.
